• We accept checks (drawn in US funds), money orders, and all major credit cards as American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa.
• International cardholders are required to fax a signed copy of both sides of the credit card along with identification.
• Orders paid by personal or company check will be shipped upon clearing the bank.
• Purchase orders for net terms, with bank and credit reference, require prior approval.

Shipping Methods and Rates
Packages are shipped by USPS, ground service, F.O.B. Upgraded methods are available, to comply with customers expedited needs, provided by UPS air service.

APO deliveries are available via US Postal Service with an additional $15.00 messenger service fee.

To ensure prompt delivery, please provide a physical shipping address as we do not ship to Post Office Boxes.

All Overnight and Second Day packages over 3lb will be charged by weight and dimensions.

Return Policy
All sales are final. However, for utmost consumer satisfaction, our customer service department will assist you with your return considering the below:

• Claims for damage or shortage of merchandise must be made at the time of the delivery. Defective merchandise will be exchanged within the first seven days of receipt.
• All returns and exchanges must be received within 7 days starting from the day the customer received merchandise. No exceptions!
• Cell Phones Sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. defective Cell phones can be repaired within 30 days of purchase.
• No Returns without our authorization.
• All items must be returned in the original packaging.
• RMA numbers are valid for 7 days after issuance with original packaging only.
• A 15% restocking fee is applied to all returns and cancellations.
• Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Shopcell.com does not hold any responsibilities and is not obligated to fulfill orders with incorrect pricing or product specifications due to typographical errors. We shall have the right to cancel or refuse any such order without liability.

Stock Availability
