Packages are shipped by USPS, ground service, F.O.B. Upgraded methods are available, to comply with customers expedited needs, provided by UPS air service.
APO deliveries are available via US Postal Service with an additional $15.00 messenger service fee.
To ensure prompt delivery, please provide a physical shipping address as we do not ship to Post Office Boxes.
All Overnight and Second Day packages over 3lb will be charged by weight and dimensions.

Claims for damage or shortage of merchandise must be made at the time of the delivery. Defective merchandise will be exchanged within the first seven days of receipt.
